Our firm was selected to represent the Bnei Sakhnin Football Club in a proceeding before the Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee, following the association’s demand to award a technical loss in the cup match against Beitar Jerusalem.
After the team’s appeal was accepted and it was determined that the club did not have sole, nor decisive, responsibility for the circumstances of the match’s cancellation, it was determined that the decision should be obtained on the field.
